STAR DUST

Star dust. From the beginnings of the Universe came the building blocks to form everything we know. Old stars died in spectacular supernovae, releasing atoms across the Universe which then coalesced into other stars, planets, and life. 

We are star stuff. We are made from the Universe. We are the Universe, and the Universe is us. 

There is no separation. This is an illusion. We are a drop of water in the ocean, the ocean is us and we are the ocean. Capture a drop and it is not separate for it contains the whole ocean. 

We are one.
